At KOI Footwear, we want you to love your new shoes as much as we do, which is why we offer a 28-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process makes sending items back simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original KOI box and ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 10 working days of receipt.
